This is this weeks extra maths progress chart I have to work on it much more green means right orange means too slow and grey means wrong. we have been doing this everyday for 5 weeks now. I got 12 wrong, 22 too slow and 66 right. I have been racing the teacher doing quizzes and working hard all the time.
This week miss Dixon`s top maths group (blue) Presented an awesome slide show about tenths I learnt that 10 0.1`s make 1 whole just like money 10 10 cent coins make 1 dollar. In a pie chart you`d need 10 squares all coloured in.
on study ladder I have been working on Add on multiples of ten it is really hard I still have not completed it.
At home I have been working on my times tables. The main one is 9x tables because I already now some other times tables.

Hi Royston.
ReplyDeleteI can say well done to Royston. It looks like you are getting quicker at answering these questions. I recon this must be hard for you as I know you find doing things in a time limit like this really hard. Keep working on this as it will make it easier to solve maths problems.
Next time you complete this. Make a note of the ones that are grey so you can practice them at home or after school (or bring your Chrome book home and practice them after school).

Hi again Royston
ReplyDeleteBy the way great blog comment, explaining what you learn't. This should prove helpful to you as you look back over your learning.
Remember to check your punctuation (full-stops, commas...) as it will make your comment easier to read and understand.
